RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This policy is only applicable strictly to defective goods and/or wrongly sent items.
Our books ship to you in a brand new condition, guaranteed. However, under certain circumstances should you received it in a defective manner, you are entitled for a replacement product or refund of your purchase, subject to condition and availability of the product.
Defective manner herein refer to as damaged goods that is inflicted from shipping process and NOT from wear and tear.
Upon receiving the defective books and/or wrong order, kindly notify us at details given below within 2 days of the date of receiving the goods. This is to allow us to collect the relevant information and documents pertaining to your order and prepare for the rectifying process.

Upon our acknowledgement, the goods need to be returned at the address given in its original and unused condition, together with proper and secured packaging within 7 days. Your replacement books/correct order/refund will be sent to you/credited to your account within 15 days of receiving the returned goods.
All the condition mentioned in this policy need to be fulfilled in order for it to take effect.
Do not return the product without notifying us and acknowledgement from us. Non-compliance to this will result in delay or ineligible of return/refund policy.
Customer is to prepay the shipping cost to return the damaged goods/wrong items and to assume all risk of loss or damage to the goods while in transit to us. We recommend to use courier that provide insurance and tracking number for this process. The shipping cost will be refunded to you within 15 days after we have received the returned goods. You are required to inform us and provide evident on the cost of shipping in order to be eligible for refund.
The shipping cost mentioned here exclude cost for packaging and handling (except for handling fees charged by the courier). This shall be non-claimable or refundable.
Replacement goods will always take precedence over refund of purchase. You are only entitle for refund if the said goods is unavailable or out-of-stock.
Replacement books/goods shall be one-to-one basis from your original order/invoice. You are not allowed to modify your order stated in the invoice including reducing the quantity of your order and/or exchange them with another book's title/goods. Any additional to your original invoice will be treated as new order and handle separately.
No additional shipping cost incurred to you for replacement books/goods.
